  • 1st Outpatient Appointment - initial outpatient appointment has been BOOKED

  • Follow-up Outpatient Appointment -

  • Diagnostic

  • Treatment

  • In Limbo

Status#

  • BOOKED - Appointment date in the future, not cancelled

  • CANCELLED - Fields cancelled date and cancelled reason are not empty, and not rebooked

  • ATTENDED - Appointment date passed, but no outcome yet

  • OUTCOMED - Field outcome is not empty

  • PERFORMED - Field tbc is not empty, but reported date is empty

  • REPORTED - Fields reported date are not empty
