Manual Deployment

Until the 1st of August, the pipeline is ran using the pipelines/Makefile. To seed the patient tracker database and web app, you can use the following syntax:

pre-seeding-pt-transformers
# seed the database as decribed in the readme.md
after-seeding-pt-transformers
